Terms and Conditions
  1. Any Customer purchasing Indigo Nation merchandise single bill value of Rs. 1,000/- and above shall be eligible for one “IPLT20-RCB Trip to South Africa – Coupon.”
  2. No two bills can be clubbed to avail the coupon. In case of single bill value above Rs. 1,000/- for every Rs. 1,000/- bill value one coupon will be given to the customer.
  3. The billing should be from Indus-League Clothing Ltd. (“ILCL” or “Company”) owned outlets, Centrals and Pantaloon Mega Stores (PMS) across India.
  4. This Scheme is valid for promotion period between 23rdApril’ 2009 till 15th May’09.
  5. The coupon is to be duly filled in with Bill No. details, Store Location, Customer Name, Address, email ID, contact no(s) Passport No. shall be duly filled and dropped at any of the Indigo Nation Outlets (incomplete coupons will be liable to be rejected).
  6. All winners must have a Passport valid till 30th May’ 2009. Non-possession or expired or invalid passport of any of the person shall amount to rejection and ILCL shall not be liable to pay compensation in any manner whatsoever or for any other consequences resulting there from
  7. The Company will have a lucky draw of the coupons and winners announced on 17th May’ 2009. The winner must be traveling for the air tickets awarded.
  8. Winners will be notified by email individually. All prizes must be claimed on/before May 19, 2009. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  9. The schedule and agenda for all the winners in Johannesburg will be decided by ILCL and all winners need to strictly follow the same.
  10. All Airport taxes, fuel surcharge and other applicable fees are not included and must be paid by cash upon ticket issuance by winners. All statutory taxes, fees, on the said contest shall be borne and paid by the Winners.
  11. There are four lucky winners who will be selected through lottery, through computerized generated system. The decision to choose four winners lies solely with ILCL.
  12. ILCL is under no obligation to publicly announce the winners. The Winners will be individually contacted by ILCL or its authorized representative(s). The decision of ILCL shall be final in all regards.
  13. ILCL at its own discretion may display the winning entries as well as details of the winners in mass media or any other form of communication.
  14. The lucky winners shall be eligible to win one free Economy Class return Air trip to Johannesburg, South Africa for the Scheduled Indian Premier League T20 2009 Semi-finals (23rd May’ 2009) and Final (24th May’ 2009).
  15. South Africa, Johannesburg Trip - Trip duration can be of 3 ~ 4 days approximately. Traveling expenses will be borne by ILCL which includes travel in economy class, stay on twin-sharing basis in economic hotel, to-fro hotel – match venue, breakfast on 23rd & 24th May’09, other expense not specifically mentioned shall not be borne by ILCL.
  16. The schedule and agenda for all the winners in Johannesburg, South Africa will be decided by ILCL and all winners need to strictly follow the same
  17. ILCL would make travel arrangement, if any personal appearance required for Visa to any of the South Africa High Commission Embassies at New Delhi, Mumbai or Kolkatta. The Trip is subject to Visa grant by the South Africa high Commission and ILCL shall have no obligation or role in any manner. In case the winner is not granted Visa, the entry shall be rejected and no claim of any nature shall lie against ILCL or its authorized representative(s).
  18. All prizes are non-transferable, non-reroutable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash for any other items. All prizes are subject to further terms and conditions.
  19. Employees of Indus-League Clothing Ltd. and Future Group Companies and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  20. Indus-League Clothing Ltd. reserve the right to amend or modify any to the terms and conditions any time without prior notice and to make final decision in case of disputes.

  22. Any losses due to delay, match cancellation, travel arrangement shall be responsibility of the winners.
  23. Any violations or contraventions of local laws shall be sole responsibility of the winners. The winner including their parent / Guardian shall indemnify ILCL from any such liabilities.
  24. Participant consents to all the terms and conditions by participating in this contest.
  25. Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts only.
